No. None of our audio is DRM encumbered in any way.
Every file has it's provider details inserted as metadata, but no other watermarking is performed.
What about premium or closed content ?
Our premium and closed group files can only be accessed by users that are logged in on our system and have rights to the episode.
However, once they have downloaded the audio files, there is no way for us to prevent further unauthorised duplication.
Why don't you use DRM ?
Because it would severely limit the amount of platforms we can support. We want everyone to be able to use our audio in the way that suits them best.
It would likely impair the user experience for our legitimate users, while not providing any serious hindrance to pirates.
If you can listen to it, you can record it (the analog hole).
