I am a registered user, but cannot find a channel or episodes that I should have access to, even when I search for it?

The channel is not visible because the content is only accessible to a “closed group” of members. You would need to be invited to join the group. Contact the Provider, and request an invitation be sent to your registered e-mail address. This invitation will contain a unique link that you must use to gain access to the Channel and its content.
