# Newsletter policy

We send occasional marketing emails about:

- new products and features
- updates to existing products
- news about our company

By signing up for our marketing newsletter you consent to receiving these updates via the email you've provided.

## Opt-out

Every newsletter will include a link to allow you to opt-out of this marketing email at any point.

## Access to your data

Only members of our sales and development teams have access to your email. Your email will not be used for anything except sending marketing email campaigns.

## Sharing your data

We will not share your email with any third-party for any reason.

## Frequency

We will not send marketing emails more than once per month.

## Delivery tracking

We use an email marketing tool that allows us to see if our emails are being delivered, opened and which links were used most frequently.

## Data storage & processing

Email data and correspondence is stored by a 3rd-party marketing tool. Their data [security policy](https://www.campaignmonitor.com/trust/security/):
