Some of our commercial products allows a time-limited trial period before customers commit to a commercial subscription:
- Radio streaming
- Mobile app (excluding app store builds)
Trials can be requested via the Billing portal. Once a trial is requested our Sales and Support teams will be notified.
New customer will first be contacted by our Sales department to ensure the products selected for trial will match the user's requirements and expectations.
Our support department will provision your trial and provide all the details necessary to start evaluating the product.
Please allow up to 2 business days for trials to commence, but in most cases this period can be much shorter.
Trial periods are typically 14 days, and customers can cancel the trial at any point during the period, or convert it to a commercial subscription.
When converting to a paid subscription, new customers will need to provide their billing details (see Payments & invoicing).
